The international IT сompany Andersen, invites a responsible and organized Delivery Operations Coordinator to join its team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial health metrics at a global level.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Track progress and manage delivery management office (DMO) initiatives to ensure timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate governance processes related to delivery management portfolios.
  • Standardize and unify processes including key delivery statuses, pool allocation tracking, and escalation management.
  • Coordinate and align DM, PM, and PC resources with the global organizational framework to optimize workforce utilization and project delivery.
  • Manage tactical analytics using PowerBI, including maintenance of data sources to provide accurate and timely reports.
  • Support tactical analytics in the ERP.
  • Act as the bridge to the staffing organization to enable proactive staffing approaches, ensuring resource availability meets delivery demand.
  • Lead and track additional DMO initiatives, providing coordination and communication across teams to support operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience in Project and/or Process Management Experience in Service Delivery/Outsourcing environment for at least 3 years.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Organizational Change Management.
  • Experience in analytical tools: PowerBI, Excel, PowerPivot etc.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
