Summary

Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Developer for a global commercial vehicle manufacturer. The role involves improving data processes and analytics within Salesforce to enhance reporting efficiency.

The customer is a global leader in commercial vehicle and diesel engine manufacturing, serving markets in over 150 countries. With a strong legacy of engineering excellence, it produces trucks, buses, light commercial vehicles, and advanced powertrains, while driving innovation in electric mobility, alternative fuels, and smart fleet management to promote efficiency and sustainability worldwide.

The project is focused on integrating and automating the customer’s manual CSV-to-Excel workflow by delivering live dealer-sales KPIs directly within Salesforce. Using expertise in iPaaS and CRM analytics, the solution will replace emailed spreadsheets with a secure data pipeline and real-time Einstein dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Finalizing requirements and implementing custom data models.
  • Setting up integration flows and Einstein dashboards.
  • Performing testing and supporting UAT processes.
  • Conducting testing and support deployment documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning, for 2+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics).
  • Familiarity with Bulk API and Salesforce integration setup.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures and integration.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
