Oracle Fusion Cloud Engineer

Summary

Andersen is hiring an Oracle Fusion Cloud Engineer for a project with a B2B telecom company. The role involves supporting the implementation of an ERP system to improve and automate core business processes.

The customer is a leading B2B telecommunications company, dedicated to the sustainable development of the ICT sector. The company provides a wide range of advanced telecommunications services, including mobile, internet, and international leased lines. It also offers cutting-edge digital solutions in FinTech, AdTech, and Media/TV.

The project is focused on implementing an Oracle Fusion Cloud–based ERP system to automate and integrate HR, Finance, and Procurement processes. It includes data migration, module customization, system integration, and knowledge transfer. The goal is to improve efficiency, scalability, and long-term support.

Responsibilities

• Implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (HCM, Financials, Procurement) in line with business requirements.
• Configuring workflows, approval processes, security roles, data access policies, automated notifications, and alerts.
• Developing and maintaining Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, custom reports (OTBI, BI Publisher, FAW), and SQL/PL-SQL scripts for bulk data operations.
• Integrating Oracle Fusion with other systems (ERP, access control, payroll) via REST/SOAP API, OIC, including integration with Digital SKUD and automation of badge data updates.
• Administering and supporting the system (L2/L3), analyzing and resolving issues in HR, Finance, and Procurement modules, monitoring and optimizing performance.
• Managing patches, updates, and process automation.
• Migrating data from legacy systems (Oracle EBS and other ERPs).
• Gathering requirements from departments, developing technical solutions, conducting demos, and training users.
• Participating in testing and debugging integration processes.
• Working in an Agile team and documenting processes, solutions, and user instructions.

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud in one or more modules (HCM (HR), Financials, Procurement) for 2+ years.
• Understanding of Oracle SaaS architecture and integrations (REST/SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud).
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for customizations and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools (Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BI Publisher).
• Ability to configure workflows and approval processes.
• Experience working in a distributed team and communicating effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes (Agile approach).
• Client-oriented mindset with the ability to respond quickly to user tickets and requests.
• Experience working with business users (requirements analysis, training, support).
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.
