Responsibilities
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identifying gaps in the team’s adoption of the Scrum Framework and guiding them toward best practices.
- Coaching the team to embrace Scrum Values and Agile Manifesto principles.
- Promoting and maintaining a steady sprint rhythm, ensuring predictability and focus.
- Supporting team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Acting as a servant leader to remove impediments and enable the team’s success.
- Encouraging a culture of learning, transparency, and accountability within the team.
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role for 2+ years.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in identifying Scrum adoption gaps and leading teams to improved practices.
- Strong understanding of Scrum Values, Agile Manifesto values, and principles.
- Experience in team development and coaching practices.
- Commitment to self-improvement and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
