Responsibilities

– Working with the 1С: Accounting.

– Invoicing.

– Verification of issued invoices.

– Reconciliation of payments.

– Processing payment orders.

– Advising colleagues on invoicing and payment details.

– Completing accounting-related tasks.

– Participating in invoice automation processes.

Requirements

– Experience in accounting / accounts receivable specialist role for at least 1 year.

– Ability to work with large volumes of data.

– Capability to work independently and in a fast-changing environment.

– High level of attentiveness and attention to detail.

– Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

– English language: Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
