Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Developer for a project with a customer engagement platform. The role focuses on developing solutions that personalize B2B customer journeys, driving adoption, loyalty, and growth.

The customer is a California-based company specializing in AI-driven solutions for customer engagement and revenue growth. Founded in 2018, it combines expertise in lifecycle marketing, customer advocacy, and data-driven insights to help businesses strengthen client relationships, scale go-to-market strategies and achieve sustainable growth.

The project is a customer marketing platform that enables B2B organizations to deliver personalized engagement at scale. It uses customer journey insights to boost product adoption, loyalty, retention, and support cross-sell, upsell, and feedback collection.

Technology stack: Salesforce, Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API), Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce DX, GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and managing seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware.
• Optimizing backend processes to support high-volume data exchanges, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting existing Salesforce integrations and packages, resolving issues promptly.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
• Staying updated on Salesforce platform updates, API changes, and new features to leverage in development.
• Participating in code reviews, system testing, and deployment activities as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer for 4+ years.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API).
• Experience in developing and managing Salesforce packages, including packaging, deployment, and version control.
• Familiarity with middleware, ETL tools, and data integration best practices.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce DX (DevOps tools).
• Understanding of data security, encryption, and GDPR compliance related to Salesforce integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Certification in Salesforce Development (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I & II).
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Einstein AI integrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployment (Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Git).
