Business Analyst

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst for a project with a global online review platform. The role focuses on enhancing Salesforce solutions to optimize workflows across Sales, Support, and Marketing.

The customer is a global tech company operating one of the largest online review platforms. Founded in Denmark in 2007, it enables users to share feedback on businesses, helping others make informed decisions. With millions of reviews and users worldwide, the company offers both free and premium tools, and is known for its focus on transparency, trust, and a diverse, international team.

The project is focused on enhancing and integrating Salesforce solutions to streamline workflows across Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing. Working within a cross-functional team, you will contribute to building scalable internal tools and customer-facing features.

Responsibilities

• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements for digital or software products.
• Creating detailed user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Organizing and facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with developers, testers, designers, and architects to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
• Ensure traceabiliting and consistencing of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifing process improvement opportunities and support solution proposals.

Requirements

• Expirience as Business Analyst for 5+ years.
• Proven experience in writing clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document both business and system requirements.
• Solid experience in stakeholder communication, interviews, and facilitating workshops.
• Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart (or equivalents).
• Skilled in writing BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.
• English – Upper-Intermediate и выше.

• Salesforce field will be a plus.
