The IT company Andersen invites a Business Travel Specialist to join its team.

Responsibilities

– Book hotels, flights, trains, and any ground transportation for employees.

– Organize and manage trips, including complex and multi-destination routes.

– Prepare, check, and process travel-related documentation, including advance reports.

– Provide support for employees during business trips, resolving issues as they arise.

– Maintain accurate travel records and ensure compliance with company policies.

– Collaborate with vendors and work with travel consolidation platforms.

– Assist with visa application processes (knowledge considered a plus).

Requirements

– Experience as a Business Travel Specialist or in a similar role for at least 1 year.

– Solid knowledge of booking systems and travel management platforms.

– Familiarity with advance report documentation and travel expense handling.

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

– English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or higher.

Desired skills

– Knowledge of visa application processes.

– Experience with consolidation platforms.
