Responsibilities

– Drafting and negotiating contracts (service agreements, contractor agreements, licensing, NDAs, leases, international contracts).

– Supporting compliance processes (GDPR, Personal Data Law, etc.).

– Handling claims and liaising with government bodies/courts.

– Managing corporate matters (amendments to founding documents, etc.).

– Advising on intellectual property issues (software, trademarks).

– Providing legal support to internal departments.

Requirements

– Higher legal education.

– 3+ years of experience as a lawyer.

– Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.

– Experience in claims and litigation.

– Knowledge of Belarusian and Russian legal systems.

– Basic understanding of international law, IP, and data protection regulations (GDPR, Belarusian Personal Data Law).

– Excellent communication skills with clear written and verbal expression.

– Proactive, independent, and business-oriented decision-making.

– Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.

Desired skills

– Experience working in IT companies.

– Second foreign language (German/Arabic/French/Polish).

– Practical experience with foreign jurisdictions (company incorporation and administration, work with international registrars).
