Andersen, an international IT company, invites a ServiceNow Support Engineer to work on a large-scale project in the field of Automotive.
The customer is a German company, one of the leading global developers of innovative technologies. The company works with all big names in the automotive industry (Audi, Bentley, BMW, Bosch, Bugatti, Chrysler, Fiat, Volkswagen, Ford, Honda, Mercedes-Benz) and the research sector. And it is involved from initial conceptualization to real-life road testing.
The project is to configure and troubleshoot the client's Jira data centers in response to user-generated requests.
Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and enhance the ServiceNow platform according to business requirements.
- Developing and support custom applications, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
- Ensuring proper functioning and performance of Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB,
- Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to ServiceNow modules.
- Managing platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Developing and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for service operations.
- Document technical solutions, configurations, and support procedures.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow for 2+ years.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB
- Ability to design, configure, and implement custom workflows, forms, and UI policies.
- Experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow integrations with other systems (via REST/SOAP, MID server, APIs)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Service Portal development.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules administration, upgrades, and platform maintenance.
- Ability to create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for working with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
- Level of German – from Upper Intermediate and above.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
