Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Developer for a global beauty and wellness SaaS platform. The role involves migrating from Service Cloud to Sales Cloud to optimize sales processes and boost efficiency.
The customer is a global SaaS and marketplace company in the beauty and wellness sector, offering an integrated appointment-booking platform that helps service providers manage bookings, client relationships, marketing, and payments all in one system. They connect millions of end users seeking beauty or wellness services with thousands of professionals, enabling seamless discovery, booking, and fulfillment.
The project is focused on migrating from Salesforce Service Cloud to Salesforce Sales Cloud and implementing the new Sales Cloud solution to enhance sales processes and overall business efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Leading the migration process from Service Cloud to Sales Cloud, ensuring seamless data transfer and business continuity.
- Designing and implementing the MVP to support core sales operations and enhance user experience.
- Configuring and developing activity management features to improve team productivity.
- Automating lead management workflows to optimize sales pipeline efficiency.
- Customizing opportunity management processes to align with business goals.
- Executing full data migration, validation, and testing to ensure data integrity across systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud (Service Cloud experience is a plus) for 2+ years.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce integration and process automation.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud modules, including Sales Engagement, Lead and Opportunity Management, and Data Migration.
- Familiarity with Omni-Channel, Einstein, Action Plan, and Voice Cloud for Sales Cloud.
- Experience implementing Cadences for Leads and managing Accounts for Revenue tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
