Summary

Andersen is hiring a Lead Salesforce Developer for a recruitment network. The role involves designing and developing CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions and managing integrations.

The customer is a referral-based recruitment network for Salesforce professionals, connecting verified experts and influencers with top job opportunities through trusted partnerships and community-driven networking.

The project is focused on the strategic design and development of CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions, including system integrations, release quality assurance, and stakeholder workshop facilitation within an established team.

Responsibilities

  • Leading CPQ/Revenue Cloud end-to-end implementation through all project phases: discovery, design, build, test, release, and stabilization.
  • Defining product and pricing models, business rules, quoting processes, and approval workflows while ensuring data quality and governance.
  • Owning end-to-end integration with CRM core and adjacent systems (ERP, billing/payments, catalogs, documents), focusing on security and performance.
  • Establishing and enforcing delivery processes, including environment strategy, CI/CD, code and configuration reviews, quality gates, and change management.
  • Running stakeholder workshops, align business requirements, and develop implementation roadmaps.
  • Guiding and mentor consultants, developers
  • Supporting presales activities such as scoping, solution proposals, and effort/risk analysis.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience as a Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud implementations with several successful go-lives for 5+ years.
  • Strong grasp of Sales Cloud and the end-to-end quote-to-cash process: pricing/discounts, approvals, orders/billing, and taxation models.
  • Proven experience with integrations (REST/iPaaS/ETL), data migration strategy, testing, and release management at an enterprise scale.
  • Confident in facilitating workshops with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and solution design skills: able to produce clear specifications and standards, effectively balancing delivery speed with quality.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Salesforce certifications (the CPQ Specialist is highly desired; others include Billing Specialist, Sales/Service Cloud, Platform App Builder/Dev I).
  • Experience with document generation/e-signature, payments, analytics; and CI/CD pipelines using SFDX and automated testing.
