Summary

Andersen is hiring a QA Engineer in the EU to support and enhance a ServiceNow platform, improving stability, automation, integrations, and expanding features.

The customer is a global engineering and technology partner working across the mobility and industrial sectors. The company develops advanced software and system solutions for vehicles, powertrains, and emerging digital mobility services. With international teams and strong expertise in both hardware and software, it focuses on sustainable technologies, including electric mobility and intelligent automated systems.

The project is centered on enhancing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, focusing on stability, automation, integrations, and expanding functionality. Upcoming priorities include introducing AI-driven support features and implementing workplace service management capabilities such as workspace and equipment booking.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, maintaining, and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow platform modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
  • Defining and maintaining QA standards and processes aligned with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Participating in sprint planning to identify test scope and acceptance criteria for user stories.
  • Performing functional, regression, integration, and system testing for new and existing ServiceNow modules and customizations.
  • Validating forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations to ensure functional correctness and compliance with requirements.
  • Conducting cross-browser and cross-device testing for Service Portal components.
  • Logging, prioritizing and tracking defects and test results in ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • QA experience for 3+ years, with ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ATF, Postman, Selenium, or other testing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and SDLC.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
  • Level of German – from Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • CAD (Certified Application Developer).
