DevOps Engineer (GCP)

The international IT сompany Andersen invites a DevOps Engineer (GCP) to work on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure in GCP.
• Automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Managing CI/CD pipelines in Gilab or GitHub Actions.
• Containerizing and orchestrating applications with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).
• Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using GCP cloud native capabilities, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Ensuring system security, compliance, and reliability across environments.
• Managing secrets, certificates, and identity services with Google Cloud KMS and Google Cloud Secret Manager.
• Optimizing performance, scalability, and cost of cloud resources.
• Collaborating with development, QA, and architecture teams to streamline deployment and release processes.
• Troubleshooting infrastructure and pipeline issues in staging and production environments.

Requirements

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer for 3+ years.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker Compose.
• Experience migrating from Docker Compose or on-prem to Kubernetes, including configuring production redundancies and environment settings.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab and GitHub.
• Experience with GitOps tools, including Flux and ArgoCD.
• Experience setting up and working with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
• Ability to write and understand scripts in Python and Bash.
• GCP certification.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
