Delivery Manager

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Delivery Manager to create illustrations and work with the company’s corporate style, contributing to visual identity and brand consistency across digital and print materials.

Project is a large-scale initiative to build a unified enterprise payment platform that consolidates transaction and settlement data from multiple external providers. Its goal is to streamline and optimize payment operations while powering advanced analytics dashboards that improve transparency, efficiency, and decision-making across the merchant payment ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large fintech project (fixed-price), ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Work closely with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define clear business priorities, actively support account development strategies, and ensure delivery of high-value outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmap, PI and milestone plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Act as the primary client-facing leader, managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating tactical and strategic alignment, and ensuring transparency and efficiency.
• Track and improve delivery predictability, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Oversee contractual commitments (SOWs, MSAs) together with the commercial department, ensuring delivery compliance and effective negotiation of key terms.

Requirements

• Experience in IT Delivery Management or software development for 5+ years.
• Proven expertise in managing big fixed-price projects from scratch till go live.
• Strong technical background (knowledge of best practices in enterprise architecture, system design, deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps & CI/CD practices, API integration, or data-driven solutions).
• Strong domain background - 1) experience in fintech, banking, or global transaction platforms is a MUST HAVE; ideally, within complex enterprise environment, 2) understanding of payment ecosystem components and flows, including PSP integrations, smart routing, tokenisation, etc., 3) practical experience with key regulatory and security standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, SOC2 would be a major plus
• Experience with risk management, budgeting, profitability management, and working with multiple high-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable with both technical and business audiences, including executive-level clients.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary architecture teams (infra, security, data), understanding the downstream impacts of decisions across layers.
• Ability to communicate across business and technical stakeholders in a distributed team, not just asking questions but proposing value.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Certification as Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or Solution Architect Expert.
