The IT company Andersen invites an HR Manager to become a part of a friendly and successful team.

Responsibilities

– Supporting HR processes: onboarding, employee communication, terminations, retention and exit interviews, referral programs, etc.

– Regularly communicating with office employees and managers to monitor team dynamics and maintain a healthy atmosphere.

– Collaborating with cross-functional teams (office maintenance, HR, system administrators) on employee and office matters.

– Assisting in organizing corporate educational and team-building events.

– Maintaining the company's HR brand and corporate culture.

– Planning and organizing events: procurement, vendor search, payment control.

– Supporting merchandising activities (order collection, shipment tracking, budgeting).

– Managing monthly and quarterly budgets, cash accounting, and reporting.

– Handling document flow (processing incoming/outgoing correspondence, coordinating with couriers and postal services, running city errands when needed).

– Managing office supplies and ensuring office maintenance.

Requirements

– University degree.

– Basic understanding of HR processes.

– Ability to create and maintain a positive office culture.

– Multitasking skills and ability to process large volumes of information.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Proactive approach to life and excellent sense of humor.

– Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field.

– Based in Baku.

– English proficiency: Pre-Intermediate level or higher.

– Azerbaijani proficiency: Native level.
