The IT company Andersen invites a Personnel officer to join the team.

Responsibilities
– Performing personnel administration: processing hires, transfers, terminations; tracking sick leaves and business trips; managing leave allocation and balances; issuing certificates; calculating compensations; maintaining timesheets; preparing reports.
– Storing and managing established personnel documentation.
– Familiarizing employees with local regulations and other documents.
– Advising employees on personnel matters and labor law.
– Drafting and managing apprenticeship contracts.
– Collaborating with the personnel department, accounting, HR managers, and the recruitment team.
– Handling personnel-related coordination with international offices.
– Managing postal correspondence dispatch.
Requirements
– Higher education.
– Knowledge of Georgian labor legislation.
– Experience as a personnel specialist: 4+ years.
– Knowledge of full-cycle personnel administration.
– Experience processing foreign nationals: familiarity with the laws "On Labor Migration" and "On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons," including their amendments.
– Practical experience preparing residence permit documents on the Migration Portal.
– Experience managing document flow in English and Georgian.
– Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
– Native-level proficiency in Georgian.
– English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
– High motivation, independence, and responsibility.
– Strong communication skills, self-confidence, flexibility, initiative, and persistence.
Desired skills
– Knowledge and practical experience with the 1C system.
