The customer is a government entity that manages public affairs and oversees various corporate and philanthropic projects. The company is embarking on a transformative digital journey to enhance its operational efficiency and customer experiences.

The project focuses on digital transformation in the UAE to develop and support digital solutions, enhance social services, strengthen public engagement, advance international relations, and optimize administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end delivery of projects or product increments.
• Building and managing delivery plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring efficient collaboration.
• Managing scope, priorities, and changing requests.
• Identifying and mitigating delivery risks and issues.
• Tracking delivery of KPIs (velocity, throughput, defects, timelines).
• Ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes.
• Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Preparing and delivering structured status reports and updates.
• Overseeing quality assurance and ensuring quality gates are met.
• Coordinating releases and working with DevOps on deployment readiness.
• Managing project budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
• Resolving blockers and dependencies across teams.
• Ensuring compliance with security, architecture, and organizational standards.
• Driving continuous improvement of delivery processes and team performance.

Requirements

• Experience in project management for 3+ years, including planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, such as Scrum, and Kanban.
• Technical understanding, especially a basic grasp of IT, software development, or industry-specific tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and technical teams.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
• Skills in risk management, including identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks.
• Stakeholder management abilities to engage with clients, executives, and team members.
• Budgeting and resource allocation skills to manage financial and human resources effectively.
• Time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address issues proactively.
• Skills in negotiation and conflict resolution to ensure smooth collaboration and resolve disputes.
• Communication and reporting abilities with clear, structured, and professional verbal and written communication.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
