Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Contact Center Specialist DACH to join the team.

Responsibilities

– Validating inbound leads.

– Providing full informational support to customers (via calls, chats, email, LinkedIn, etc.).

– Searching for and processing necessary information.

– Assisting corporate customers in resolving issues that arise.

– Processing inquiries from international corporate clients and forwarding them to sales representatives.

– Recording request-related information in the CRM system.

– Communicating in a lively and friendly manner—avoiding banal or formulaic responses.

– Remaining polite even when customers are angry or dissatisfied, and striving to turn negative emotions into positive ones (as in real-life communication).

Requirements

– German language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level and above.

– English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate level and above.

– Strong analytical skills.

– Interest in continuous learning.

– Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and simply; friendly and genuinely communicative.

– Strong communication skills and desire to develop business communication abilities.

– Excellent teamwork skills, effective prioritization and multitasking.

– Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

– Strong interest in the IT field.
