Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas) to join its team.

Responsibilities

  • Expand network to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with teams & client stakeholders to identify challenges and propose solutions.
  • Re-engage clients for renewed partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings (including business trips) and C-level negotiations.
  • Proactively resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Drive pre-sales: develop/present strategic solutions and monitor outcomes.
  • Hold presentations, delegate tasks, and coordinate cross-departmental strategy execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in combined roles of IT sales and account management for 5+ years.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Conversation and communication skills C-Level people.
  • Level of English - from Advanced and above.
