Andersen is hiring a DevOps Engineer (Azure) to modernize and optimize DevOps pipelines for a scalable document management platform, focusing on automation, security, and efficient Azure-based workflows.
The customer is a provider of information management solutions, specializing in workflow automation, document management, and operational efficiency. Their platform is designed for scalability, security, and seamless integration with enterprise systems, serving clients across industries like finance, healthcare, and logistics. Known for innovation, they continually integrate cutting-edge technologies to meet evolving market demands.
The project is focused on developing and optimizing a document management platform that helps organizations securely store, manage, and access documents more efficiently. A key part of the work involves modernizing DevOps processes, migrating legacy pipelines to modular YAML-based pipelines, and establishing best-practice DevOps workflows using Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Migrating existing CI/CD pipelines to modern, modular YAML pipelines based on Azure DevOps.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps best practices (automation, monitoring, configuration management).
- Integrating SonarQube On-Premises into the CI/CD infrastructure.
- Configuring and optimizing build, test, and release pipelines.
- Managing Azure DevOps components: artifacts, variables, templates, service connections, permissions.
- Ensuring security, compliance, and governance of DevOps processes according to corporate standards.
- Collaborating closely with development, QA, and architecture teams.
- Documenting technical decisions, pipelines, and processes.
- Supporting knowledge sharing and training team members on new DevOps practices and solutions.
Requirements
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer for 5+ years.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining YAML-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience migrating or refactoring legacy pipelines into modern, modular setups.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, automation, and infrastructure workflows.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives end-to-end.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Experience integrating SonarQube (especially On-Premises) into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with security scanning, code quality gates, and compliance checks.
- Background in cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in product or platform environments.
