Full Stack Developer (React+Node.js)

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (React+Node.js) to build and improve features for a high-load fintech marketplace platform focused on scalability, security, and seamless user experience.

The customer is a fast-growing fintech product company building a large-scale digital payments platform for installment-based purchases used both online and in physical retail. The platform serves millions of users and thousands of merchants, processing high transaction volumes in real time and requiring reliable distributed systems, strong security, advanced risk and fraud management, and seamless integrations with partner ecosystems.

The project is focused on developing and enhancing a marketplace, delivering features that support product listing, discovery, and transaction flows. It aims to improve platform usability, scalability, and business performance through continuous evolution of marketplace functionality and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining user interfaces.
• Creating and enhancing widgets for various interfaces.
• Maintaining and updating widgets in Storybook.
• Developing and optimizing a rendering language for UI components.
• Ensuring intuitive and functional representation of processes in the UI.
• Collaborating with backend developers, designers, and other team members.
• Developing and maintaining server-side logic and APIs using Node.js.
• Integrating frontend components with backend services, including error handling and interaction optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in frontend and backend development for 5+ years.
• Experience working with modern versions of React, including the use of hooks.
• Proficiency with state management tools (Redux).
• Experience with Styled Components.
• Experience developing and maintaining UI kits (Storybook), working with Material-UI.
• Experience writing unit and end-to-end tests, with skills in Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience using TypeScript to build scalable applications.
• Practical experience with Node.js.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and experience working with high-load systems.
• Ability to optimize application performance on the client side.
• Experience working with quality and performance monitoring systems.
• Experience identifying bottlenecks and refactoring to improve page load times and reduce memory leaks.
• Skills in improving performance by eliminating code issues such as memory leaks or inefficient algorithms.
• Knowledge of different frontend-backend interaction patterns and ability to work with APIs, both REST and GraphQL.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Skills with Webpack, Vite, and Rollup.
