Andersen seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to support a digital household services platform, enabling seamless customer booking, engagement, and communication across web and mobile channels.
The customer is a leading provider of household services in the Nordic region, delivering a broad range of solutions supported by advanced digital tools. With a strong operational footprint and thousands of employees, the company has developed both client-facing and internal mobile applications, implemented a cloud-based CRM system. It also places a strong emphasis on sustainability, employee inclusion, and continuous digital innovation to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
The project is focused on delivering a digital platform for a household services provider that enables customers to book and manage home assistance services such as cleaning, moving, handyman work, and gardening through web, mobile, and support channels.
Responsibilities
- Designing and building customer journeys using Journey Builder.
- Configuring and managing email, SMS, push, and other digital campaigns.
- Developing and maintaining AMPscript, SQL queries, and data extensions.
- Integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external data sources.
- Implementing personalization, segmentation, and automation strategies.
- Monitoring campaign performance and supporting optimization initiatives.
- Ensuring data quality, consent management, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Supporting marketing teams with technical guidance and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for 3+ years.
- Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder.
- Hands-on experience with AMPscript and SQL.
- Understanding of marketing automation, customer lifecycle, and segmentation.
- Marketing mindset combined with solid technical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data-driven approach.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+.
Desired skills
- Experience with CRM integrations and APIs.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
