Summary

Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst in Spain to support a global travel and transport payment platform. The role focuses on improving secure transactions, billing workflows, reporting, and expense management.

The customer is an international technology consulting company specializing in digital transformation and enterprise software development. Focused on business process automation, cloud platforms, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions. Partners with large organizations across multiple industries, delivering end-to-end services from consulting to implementation and support.

The project is focused on delivering Salesforce-based digital solutions in close collaboration with customer teams, involving joint work of business analysts, developers, project managers, and QA engineers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of customer-centric platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting and clarifying business requirements through customer workshops and direct collaboration.
  • Translating requirements into clear and well-structured user stories.
  • Demonstrating configured Salesforce solutions to customers and collecting and processing feedback.
  • Working closely with customers to understand their business goals and expectations.
  • Performing simple Salesforce configurations to support business needs.
  • Supporting testing of configured solutions during UAT and other validation activities.
  • Preparing user documentation and training materials.
  • Delivering user training sessions.
  • Supporting users during UAT and testing sessions.
  • Performing initial analysis and qualification of user tickets and issues.
  • Writing detailed meeting minutes to document discussions and decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant for 2,5+ years.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce, ideally at the Salesforce Certified Administrator level.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing skills, including preparation of meeting minutes, business and functional requirements, user guides, and other documentation.
  • Good presentation skills and experience delivering trainings.
  • Ability to listen to customers, propose solutions, and challenge requirements when appropriate.
  • Team-oriented mindset, open-mindedness, and comfort working in a multicultural environment.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to different industries and business contexts.
  • Strong interest in technology, including CRM, AI, and emerging tools.
  • Proactive mindset and a high level of autonomy.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site mode in Madrid with frequent presence.
  • Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
