Go Developer (with German language)

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining backend applications and microservices using Go.
• Designing and implementing RESTful and/or gRPC APIs.
• Working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, optimizing queries and data access.
• Integrating with external services and third-party APIs.
• Ensuring high performance, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance of services.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Developing unit and integration tests.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to overall code quality improvement.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues.
• Working with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.
• Contributing system architecture and technical decision-making.
• Collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing functionality.

Requirements

• Experience in the role of Go Developer for 2+ years.
• Strong knowledge of Go fundamentals and concurrency.
• Experience in building RESTful and/or gRPC APIs.
• Experience working with relational databases; basic NoSQL knowledge.
• Understanding microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with Git and team-based development workflows.
• Experience in writing unit tests.
• Familiarity with Docker; Kubernetes knowledge is preferred.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and cloud platforms.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.
