Andersen is looking for a UX/UI Designer in India to shape intuitive experiences for an AI-powered engineering platform that helps specialists analyze requirements, ensure compliance, and streamline test case creation.
The customer is a global leader in engineering and technology services, specializing in innovative solutions for complex systems across various industries. With decades of experience, they focus on autonomous systems, digital engineering, software development, and connectivity, driving the future of mobility and sustainability.
The project is focused on building a unified engineering AI platform that helps specialists efficiently analyze project requirements, ensure compliance, and create test cases, significantly reducing time spent on manual documentation review.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining design systems and UI components for the web platform in Figma.
- Selecting typography, color palettes, iconography, and spacing.
- Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Translating requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Presenting design concepts and rationale to teams and clients.
- Incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience as a UX/UI Designer with a relevant portfolio for 3+ years.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Experience working with web-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
- Strong understanding and work experience with variables and components.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Ability to conduct basic user research and apply insights.
- Experience in responsive design for web and mobile.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
