The IT company Andersen invites a Junior Business Development Manager (MENA) to join its team.

Responsibilities
– Full-cycle processing of warm inbound leads from the MENA region website: from initial contact to contract signing and Statement of Work.
– Managing client communication: negotiations, terms alignment, preparation of commercial proposals.
– Close collaboration with presales and delivery departments in preparing and conducting client presentations and demo sessions.
– Handing over signed contracts to account managers of the respective business unit.
– Working to improve lead-to-contract conversion rates.
– Business travel for client meetings after successful completion of the probationary period.
– Maintaining lead reporting in CRM.
Requirements
– Sales experience from 1 year.
– Ability to learn, willingness to develop in sales.
– Attention to detail, ability to work with numbers and documents.
– Stress resistance, strong communication skills.
– Readiness for business trips and office-based work.
– Level of English - from Advanced and above.
Desired skills
– Knowledge of Arabic language.
– Experience in IT.
