QA Engineer

Summary

Andersen is hiring a QA Engineer to support the development of an AI-driven precision psychiatry platform, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance of secure web and mobile solutions.

The customer is a healthcare technology company developing AI-driven solutions to support clinical decision-making in primary care. Its platform combines data analytics, structured assessments, and system integrations to improve diagnostic accuracy, streamline workflows, and ensure secure, compliant data handling.

The project is the development of an MVP for a precision psychiatry platform that modernizes mental healthcare through digital diagnostics and secure clinician-patient collaboration. It includes web and mobile applications serving as a clinical decision support tool with strict data privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Testing web and mobile applications to ensure quality and functionality.
• Validating requirements and ensuring proper implementation according to specifications.
• Configuring, maintaining, and continuously improving QA processes within the project.
• Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test cases and test reports.
• Reporting, tracking, and verifying defects in collaboration with the development team.

Requirements

• Experience in QA for 3+ years.
• Experience working with AWS.
• Experience testing web applications (React, TypeScript, Python-based solutions).
• Experience testing mobile applications (React Native).
• Experience in accessibility testing for mobile applications.
• High level of engagement and ability to deeply immerse into the project.
• Proactive mindset and strong ownership attitude.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems.
• Familiarity with FHIR standards.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.
