The IT company Andersen invites a LinkedIn Outreach Manager to become part of its strong professional team.

Responsibilities

– Independently sourcing and attracting potential clients through social media (primarily LinkedIn).

– Managing business correspondence with potential clients, presenting company services.

– Passing qualified contacts to sales managers and supporting leads at early funnel stages.

– Managing a small team of lead generators (7–10 people): task setting, performance monitoring, and quality control.

– Mentoring, onboarding, and developing team members.

– Participating in the development and improvement of scripts, messaging, and outreach hypotheses.

– Monitoring key lead generation metrics and ensuring team KPIs are met.

– Reporting and working in the CRM system (Salesforce).

– Collaborating with the sales department to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements

– Experience in lead generation / pre-sales / outbound sales.

– Experience managing the full lead generation cycle independently.

– First management experience (mentoring, coordination, leading a small team).

– Understanding of B2B sales and lead generation principles in the IT industry.

– Strong communication skills, clear verbal and written expression.

– Results-oriented, skilled in working with metrics.

– Proactivity, ability to take responsibility and make decisions.

– Stress tolerance, ability to handle routine and multitasking.

– Desire to grow in management and sales.

– English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Desired skills

– Knowledge of German, Arabic, or other languages.
