Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Soft Skill Trainer to join its team.

Responsibilities

– Conducting individual sessions with employees to develop communication skills: presentations, public speaking, soft skills, clarifying needs and challenges, assessing current verbal and non-verbal communication practices, providing feedback.

– Filling out the corporate soft skills matrix.

– Assessing employees’ readiness levels in communication skills.

– Updating candidate preparation materials.

– Leading group training sessions on self-presentation and soft skills.

Requirements

– Understanding of IT outsourcing specifics and client collaboration.

– Interviewing skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.

– Strong communication abilities, empathy, and experience working with diverse personalities.

– Ability to structure information (matrices, checklists, methodologies).

– Writing skills: articles, guides, recommendations.

– English proficiency – Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Desired skills

– Experience working with international clients.

– Understanding of cultural fit and cross-cultural communication principles.

– Experience in IT recruitment or training IT specialists.
