The IT company Andersen invites a Sourcing Specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities

– Working with current IT vacancies: searching for candidates for IT specialist positions.

– Selecting optimal candidate sourcing channels.

– Active sourcing using various platforms and tools (LinkedIn, Habr, Telegram, X-Ray, Boolean Search, etc.).

– Posting job descriptions on job boards and processing applications.

– Maintaining and expanding the candidate database in a CRM system.

– Reviewing resumes and portfolios to match job requirements.

– Initial written communication with candidates and preliminary resume screening.

– Close collaboration with the recruitment team.

– Maintaining reports on work progress.

Requirements

– 1+ year of experience as a sourcer/recruiter/talent acquisition specialist.

– Confident use of candidate sourcing channels and tools (LinkedIn, Habr, Telegram, X-Ray, Boolean Search, etc.).

– Basic understanding of web technologies.

– Knowledge of the IT labor market specifics (a plus).

– Proactivity, ability to multitask, results-oriented mindset.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

– English proficiency – Intermediate level or higher.
