Product Director

The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Product Director to become a part of a successful team.

Responsibilities

– Turning internal tools and platforms into market-ready, externally sellable products.

– Driving discovery, improvement, and competitiveness of existing client-facing products.

– Running structured validation of new product ideas through experiments and customer discovery.

– Defining product strategy, positioning, target segments, and value propositions.

– Supporting early sales, pilots, and first customers to drive real adoption and feedback.

– Building and maintaining a repeatable product discovery and decision-making process.

Requirements

– Product Management experience in B2B, SaaS preferred from 5+ years.

– STEM or software engineering background.

– Proven track record of taking a product from initial concept through MVP development to first paying customers.

– Proven experience in running discovery and validation, not just delivery.

– Strong ability to turn unstructured ideas into structured product plans.

– Comfortable operating in uncertain, early-stage environments.

– English proficiency – at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Desired skills

– Experience productizing internal tools or platforms.
