ITSM Configuration / Low-Code Engineer

Summary

Andersen is hiring an ITSM Configuration / Low-Code Engineer to design and automate the Halo ITSM platform, driving service management optimization and enterprise system integrations.

The customer is an organization operating in the technology and consulting domain, supporting businesses with the implementation of digital initiatives and process improvements. The company delivers a range of services related to software solutions, system enhancements, and advisory support, helping clients adapt to evolving technological landscapes through flexible engagement approaches and scalable delivery models.

The project is focused on designing, configuring, and automating the Halo ITSM platform within enterprise and MSP environments. It combines ITSM platform ownership, process transformation, and low-code automation to enhance digital service management and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and customizing Halo ITSM modules (incident, problem, change, service request workflows).
• Defining SLAs, escalation models, business rules, and automation logic.
• Designing custom fields, forms, layouts, and RBAC structures.
• Supporting multi-tenant environments (typical in MSP contexts).
• Building integrations via APIs, webhooks, and scripting.
• Developing dashboards, KPI/SLA reporting, and operational analytics.
• Translating business requirements into scalable ITSM configurations.
• Supporting service catalogue modelling and CMDB relationship design.

Requirements

• Experience in ITSM configuration and Low-Code development for 3+ years.
• Strong hands-on Halo ITSM configuration experience.
• Workflow and process design aligned with ITIL v3 / ITIL 4 practices.
• Automation & scripting (PowerShell, REST APIs, JSON handling, webhooks).
• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra ID.
• Experience integrating with Active Directory.
• Experience integrating with Monitoring and RMM tools.
• Experience integrating with CRM and finance platforms.
• Reporting and analytics capability (SQL queries, dashboards, SLA metrics).
• Solid technical foundations: Windows environments, networking basics, email routing, database concepts.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
