Full Stack (.NET+Angular) Developer

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Full Stack (.NET+Angular) Developer to build and enhance enterprise systems supporting insurance and pension processes, data management, and integrations.

The customer is a consulting company that supports organizations in improving HR processes, compensation and benefits frameworks, and internal management systems. The company also provides advisory services related to digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making to help businesses optimize operations and implement modern enterprise solutions.

The project focuses on developing and enhancing business software solutions for a customer operating in the insurance and pension domain. The team is responsible for building and maintaining systems that support core business processes, including policy management, data processing, and integration with internal and external platforms.

Responsibilities

• Independently implementing and participating in the development and implementation of business software within customer and internal projects.
• Planning and conceptualizing new software solutions.
• Advising customers and consultants on designing system adjustments and extensions according to business needs.
• Coordinating product management and product development teams.
• Coordinating the tailor-made integration of systems with customer processes and environments within project frameworks.
• Ensuring software quality and contributing to the creation of developer documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with C# and .NET frameworks and tools for 3+ years.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable practical work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Angular.
• Experience in modern software development and working on agile software projects.
• Experience in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and SPA frameworks.
• Database knowledge, especially SQL Server, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, self-motivated, and independent working style.
• Ability to work in an agile environment, with strong teamwork skills and high quality awareness.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
• Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
