Power Platform Specialist (Lithuania)

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Power Platform Specialist in Lithuania to design and implement enterprise solutions, enabling complex integrations and supporting digital processes.

The customer is an organization operating in the technology and consulting domain, supporting businesses with the implementation of digital initiatives and process improvements. The company delivers a range of services related to software solutions, system enhancements, and advisory support, helping clients adapt to evolving technological landscapes through flexible engagement approaches and scalable delivery models.

The project is focused on designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. It involves developing and enhancing information systems with complex integrations across multiple IT environments to support digital processes in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Designing, configuring, and customizing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Designing data structures and implementing business process automation solutions.
• Developing and maintaining integrations between Power Platform solutions and other information systems.
• Working with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Dynamics 365 Customer Service modules.
• Developing integration components using C# and .NET.
• Preparing technical documentation describing solution architecture and configurations.

Requirements

• Experience in IT projects involving development or enhancement of information systems with integrations for 2+ years.
• Participation in at least 1 successfully delivered IT project (preferably 2–4 projects) in the role of Power Platform Specialist within the last 6 years.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Experience designing data models and implementing business process automation.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other IT systems.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service modules.
• Development experience using C# and .NET Lithuanian language proficiency.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
• Level of Lithuanian – from Intermediate+ and above.
