Summary

Andersen is seeking a Solutions Architect for a project providing architectural governance and technical oversight across a complex BSS ecosystem and its integrations.

The customer is a national provider of telecommunications and digital solutions, serving both private and corporate clients. The company delivers connectivity services and supports the ongoing development of modern network infrastructure, focusing on reliability, scalability, and sustainable growth within its market.

The project is focused on providing architectural governance and technical oversight across a complex BSS ecosystem and its integrations. It involves guiding defect triage, validating interface design, ensuring consistent integration standards, and resolving cross-system issues across multiple interconnected platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Providing architectural oversight across Netcracker BSS modules and integrated systems to support accurate defect triage and component isolation.
  • Guiding triage specialists and QA teams in identifying the root domain of issues across key telecom flows such as Order-to-Activate, Usage-to-Bill, and Trouble-to-Resolve.
  • Acting as the technical escalation point for complex defects involving multiple Netcracker components or cross-system integrations.
  • Reviewing and validating interfaces for Low Level Designs (LLDs) for REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven integrations, and batch interfaces.
  • Ensuring interface specifications align with Netcracker BSS architecture standards, API governance policies, and canonical data models.
  • Supporting transaction tracing across multiple layers including API gateways, orchestration modules, charging systems, billing engines, and inventory platforms.
  • Establishing and maintaining triage decision frameworks, defect classification models, and architectural troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Participating in cross-vendor governance forums and coordinating technical alignment between QA teams, Netcracker developers, architects, and operations teams.
  • Identifying systemic architectural issues or recurring defect patterns and propose design improvements to reduce integration failures.

Requirements

  • Experience in telecom BSS/OSS environments with strong exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs for 5+ years.
  • Proven experience working with Netcracker BSS platforms and core modules such as TOMS, UDM, Billing, Charging, and Inventory systems.
  • Strong understanding of telecom business processes including Order-to-Activate, Usage-to-Bill, and Trouble-to-Resolve flows.
  • Deep expertise in system integration architecture including REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven integrations, middleware platforms, and API management layers/
  • Experience reviewing interface specifications and validating integration designs in complex distributed systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities with experience analyzing logs, transaction traces, and system interactions across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with common integration and diagnostic tools such as Postman, SoapUI, SQL queries, log analysis tools (Splunk, ELK), and API debugging utilities.
  • Experience working in multi-vendor delivery environments with the ability to coordinate technical alignment across different development teams.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to lead architecture discussions, triage escalations, and cross-team technical governance.
  • Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
