The IT company Andersen is currently in search of a Director of Early Talent Programs.
Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company providing a full cycle of services, following project management standards and best practices. Responsibilities
– Planning trainee intake: defining volumes, specializations, geographies, aligning with business units and training tracks, forecasting the pipeline.
– Managing candidate attraction: sourcing channels, campaign execution, selection criteria, communications, conducting interviews and assessments; monitoring pipeline efficiency, SLA compliance, and quality/speed of selection.
– Developing partnerships with universities: establishing agreements, organizing internship programs, career events, company days, lectures, hackathons; building a sustainable pipeline for target specializations.
– Managing the department team: setting goals, monitoring performance, developing employees, conducting regular sync-ups.
– Reporting and analytics: building dashboards for pipeline and performance metrics, formulating hypotheses for process improvement, and overseeing implementation.
– Managing KPIs: defining and tracking key performance indicators, resource management, budgeting for training, mentors, and tools.
– Collaborating with business units: jointly shaping training and hiring plans, launching new internship tracks, planning trainee placement into projects.
Requirements
– Experience managing projects or functions in recruitment, L&D, internship programs, or educational products (preferably in IT).
– Understanding of recruitment funnel and experience building hiring processes.
– Experience in building partnerships with universities, communities, organizing events – a strong advantage.
– Strong skills in working with analytical dashboards.
– Team management skills: goal setting, performance monitoring, employee development.
Desired skills
– Experience with Jira, CRM, Power BI.
– Experience building educational tracks, assessments, working with mentors and experts.
– Knowledge of the IT market and typical tech stacks/roles (especially for IT internship programs).
