Andersen is hiring a Project Manager for a project providing post-release support, managing ticket-based workflows, ensuring SLA compliance, system stability, and continuous improvement.
The customer is a technology company operating in SaaS space, focused on developing digital solutions to improve communication and information management within organizations. Its cloud-based platform supports scalable and secure processes, helping businesses enhance consistency and efficiency across teams.
The project is focused on providing post-release support services for existing systems. The team operates in a shared, service-based model, handling incoming requests via tickets and delivering work according to SLA requirements, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing support team operations for several projects, managing service metrics, and ensuring SLA compliance across diverse domains.
- Serving as the primary escalation point, delivering clear and impactful communication with clients.
- Preparing regular transparent reports on processes to provide clients with full visibility and trust.
- Creating and presenting commercial proposals, addressing client objections and showcasing company value.
- Calculating risks and costs, assembling teams, and selecting optimal work strategies to meet client needs.
- Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans to deliver high-quality services on time.
- Effectively utilizing Jira and Service Desk tools to manage client requests and tickets, providing reliable support.
Requirements
- Experience in IT project management for 1+ years.
- Strong ability in overseeing team operations, managing performance metrics, and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interactions and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying issues and driving resolutions.
- Experience with Jira and Service Desk tools would be preferred.
- Technical understanding of Support Levels (ITIL based L1-L3) - at least theoretical knowledge.
- Critical and analytical thinking.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
