Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Marketing Specialist to manage multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, content, paid acquisition, and analytics, driving growth across global digital projects.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, and email channels.
  • Structuring campaigns by funnel stage, audience, geography, and objectives.
  • Managing budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, retargeting, and creative testing.
  • Analyzing performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate) and optimizing accordingly.
  • Running A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Setting up tracking, validating measurement, and improving attribution (GA4, CRM, GTM).
  • Building reports on campaign, funnel, and conversion performance.
  • Conducting keyword research and optimizing content for SEO and paid search.
  • Collaborating with technical teams on tracking, SEO basics, and campaign implementation.
  • Creating and optimizing email campaigns, segmentation, and user journeys.
  • Using data insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing for 3+ years, including campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget management in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics, including CPL, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, and ROAS, and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Solid experience with marketing analytics and tracking, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), UTM structure, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and ability to validate or coordinate tracking and conversion setup.
  • Practical experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, and content structuring, with hands-on use of tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
  • Сopywriting skills, with the ability to create and adapt messaging for ads, landing pages, emails, and website content.
  • Experience with email marketing and lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, campaign setup, and basic automation in tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Understanding of how different tools in the marketing stack integrate and support campaign execution.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Understanding of lead lifecycle and CRM processes.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar, including updating pages, creating landing pages, and managing content.
  • Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), including landing page structure, CTAs, and form logic.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
