Summary

Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Architect for a project supporting cloud initiatives, ensuring system stability, continuity, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.

The customer is a global professional services organization operating across multiple regions with a large network of specialists. The company provides consulting and advisory services, helping businesses solve complex challenges and improve efficiency. It focuses on delivering long-term value through modern technologies, data-driven approaches, and industry expertise.

The project is focused on supporting ongoing Life Sciences Cloud initiatives, ensuring continuity and stability of existing systems. It involves providing expertise to maintain project momentum, address capacity gaps, and support delivery across current cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions with a focus on Life Sciences Cloud.
• Leading architecture decisions across integrations, data, and security.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Supporting delivery teams and ensuring best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience as Salesforce Architect (enterprise-level projects) for 4+ years.
• Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or strong adjacent experience in Health Cloud / Salesforce Industries / Healthcare & Life Sciences implementations.
• Solid background in integrations and complex system landscapes.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Experience in regulated environments (Life Sciences / Healthcare preferred).
• Experience in pharma, biotech, medtech, healthcare, or clinical/commercial operations.
• Experience with Veeva CRM, IQVIA, or similar life sciences platforms and ecosystems.
• Experience with OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Industry-specific UX patterns.
• Familiarity with healthcare/life sciences interoperability or regulated data environments.
• Experience with migration or coexistence programs involving legacy CRM platforms or specialized life sciences systems.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and enterprise SDLC practices.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, OmniStudio Developer, Administrator / Advanced Administrator, or relevant Industries, Health Cloud, or Architect certifications.
