Andersen is hiring a DevOps Engineer for a project building a scalable cloud platform with production-ready infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations, monitoring, and system efficiency.
The customer is an international technology company focused on building scalable and reliable software solutions. The company works with complex systems and emphasizes stability, efficiency, and secure data handling across various environments. Its solutions are applied in areas where consistent performance and system dependability are important.
The project is focused on developing an enterprise cloud platform with a production-ready infrastructure and management dashboard. It aims to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient cloud-based solutions for platform operations and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Setting up full infrastructure (local development, staging, production environments).
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Implementing and managing observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, centralized logging, distributed tracing).
- Ensuring security, scalability, and reliability across the system.
- Preparing and launching a production environment with pilot customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Experience as a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer for 3+ years.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
- Production experience with Kubernetes (deployments, ingress, autoscaling, probes).
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI).
- Solid knowledge of Linux systems.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Understanding of networking and security fundamentals (TLS/mTLS, certificates).
- Experience with PostgreSQL from an infrastructure perspective.
- Good understanding of scalable, highly available systems.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Experience with centralized logging and distributed tracing.
- Experience with cloud or GPU workloads in Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with security audits and production hardening.
- Experience with object storage (MinIO / S3‑compatible).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
