Summary

Andersen is hiring an AI Engineer for a project building AI-driven agents to automate business tasks, streamlining processes like invoicing, reporting, and data collection.

The customer is a large international business group with a diversified portfolio and a long-standing market presence. The company operates across multiple industries and focuses on developing sustainable business solutions, maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions. The project is focused on transforming routine business tasks into automated solutions and AI-driven agents. It involves building quick MVPs, testing, and iterating to streamline processes such as invoicing, reporting, and data collection.

Responsibilities

  • Taking simple business tasks (e.g. invoice processing, reporting, and data collection).
  • Turning them into small automations / AI agents.
  • Building fast MVPs, test, iterate.

Requirements

  • Experience in software development / automation / AI-related development for 3+ years.
  • Basic experience with Azure.
  • Experience with OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs.
  • Experience in building automations or bots (RPA, scripts, simple agents).
  • Experience in Python (basic to a good level).
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to demonstrate implemented solutions (including personal projects).
  • Practical experience with agentic AI (not just theoretical knowledge).
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience with Power Automate or Logic Apps.
  • Experience with Copilot or AI agents.
  • Exposure to finance or CRM processes.
