The IT company Andersen invites a Performance Specialist to become part of its strong professional team.

Responsibilities
– Collecting and analyzing company business processes, identifying inefficiencies through data analysis.
– Optimizing and standardizing business processes.
– Implementing AI into business processes.
– Conducting performance reviews with teams.
– Establishing goal-setting systems (OKR, KPI).
– Monitoring metrics and identifying deviations.
– Preparing reports and dashboards for top management.
Requirements
– Higher education in mathematics.
– Work experience (not required but welcomed in analytics or consulting).
– Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
– Knowledge of analytics and statistics, preferably using AI (e.g., Claude), Power BI, and Excel.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills to present analysis results and interact with colleagues and clients.
– Desire to grow: willingness to learn and improve.
– Motivation and responsibility: high level of independence and accountability for results.
– English proficiency at Intermediate+ level or higher.
