Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Marketing Specialist to drive multi-channel marketing, lead generation, and brand growth across global digital projects and industries.

Responsibilities

• Creating and Managing Advertising Campaigns in Google Ads with a Focus on Efficiency and Scalability.
• Managing Large Advertising Budgets while Maintaining KPI Control.
• Continuously Optimizing Campaigns (Keywords, Ads, Bids, Targeting) to Achieve Target Performance Indicators.
• Monitoring and Analyzing Metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversions, Impression Share, CPL, etc.), Preparing Reports for Management, and Proposing Action Plans.
• Implementing and Testing New Advertising Tools and Formats.
• Setting Up Conversion Tracking and Attribution Systems.
• Conducting Market Research, Analyzing Competitors, and Studying User Behavior to Identify Growth Opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in display/banner campaigns (programmatic and direct).
• Experience with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt) and ad servers.
• Knowledge of targeting, retargeting, frequency capping, viewability, and brand safety.
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax).
• Strong skills in keyword research, bidding strategies, and account optimization.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals for client discussions.
• Experience in performance marketing: KPI, attribution, CPA, ROAS, LTV.
• Experience with at least two channels: Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Experience in tracking setup: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel.
• Skills in A/B testing, CRO, and budget management.
• Experience leading client meetings, pitches, and reviews.
• Ability to present results in business terms.
• Experience in proposals, reports, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in German.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Supermetrics or Funnel.io.
• Strong command of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• German level – professional working proficiency.
• English level – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / DV360 certifications.
• Experience with DACH market specifics, including regulations, consumer behavior, and GDPR / TTDSG awareness.
• Experience in or exposure to B2B lead generation or e-commerce.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce for sales pipeline tracking.
