The project is focused on developing, enhancing, and supporting core banking services that provide the foundational technology layer for other teams. It enables related departments to build new features efficiently without deep involvement in underlying core processes.

Responsibilities

• Testing existing and new product functionality (API, integration, and functional testing).
• Writing and maintaining test documentation.
• Testing APIs (Postman, Swagger) and analyzing traffic using sniffing tools (Charles).
• Applying test design techniques to optimize test coverage.
• Writing SQL queries for preparing test data and validating backend functionality.
• Working with bug-tracking systems (Jira), tracking defects, and verifying fixes.
• Participating in requirements analysis and refinement of user stories.
• Estimating testing timelines and decomposing tasks within Agile processes.
• Using Chrome DevTools for debugging and UI testing.
• Performing cross-browser and cross-device testing.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position for 2+ years.
• Understanding of software development models.
• Knowledge and understanding of testing classifications.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience applying test design techniques in daily tasks.
• Experience in mobile application testing.
• Ability to use traffic sniffing tools.
• Knowledge of API testing.
• Hands-on experience with Postman and Swagger.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries.
• Confident use of DevTools.
• Experience working with bug-tracking systems.
• Hands-on experience with Jira / Confluence.
• Basic understanding of OOP principles.
• Responsibility, teamwork skills, and clear communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, estimate testing timelines, and meet deadlines.
• English level – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Experience working with Git.
