System Analyst (Kazakhstan)

Andersen is hiring a System Analyst in Kazakhstan for a project developing core banking services and corporate solutions, ensuring stable infrastructure and business growth.

The project is focused on developing, enhancing, and supporting core banking services that provide the foundational technology layer for other teams. It also includes implementing packaged Corporate Banking solutions, enabling related departments to build and expand business functions efficiently on top of a stable core infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Identifying product and business needs.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Analyzing product use cases and tasks.
• Performing system analysis during the development of new APIs and new services.
• Creating business process descriptions in BPMN.
• Defining and maintaining the project/task backlog.
• Participating in project communications with clients, including integration activities.
• Communicating with banking IT and business departments.

Requirements

• Experience as a System Analyst for 2+ years.
• Experience in banking/fintech, with an understanding of off-the-shelf solution implementation.
• Understanding of integration principles: HTTP, REST, SOAP.
• Ability to work with XML, JSON, UML, BPMN, DBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL – basic skills), Postman, and Swagger.
• Skills in collaborating with business units and translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
