Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

– Interacting with in-house and outsourced accounting teams across multiple jurisdictions: requesting, reviewing, and coordinating the provision of accounting and financial documents in compliance with local legal requirements.

– Working with financial reporting data: Cash Flow, P&L, and analyzing financial results for reporting periods.

– Preparing and supporting reports and document packages upon request from banks (financial statements, breakdowns, explanations, forecasts).

– Actively collaborating with banks and financial institutions, including: supporting existing banking products, participating in negotiations with banks, preparing and completing primary and supporting documentation (including tender-related and banking procedures).

– Managing credit and deposit products: selecting optimal credit and deposit solutions, administering credit lines, overdrafts, and deposits; monitoring compliance with covenants and contractual terms, handling debt repayment and managing interest payments.

– Organizing and controlling payments, including foreign exchange operations and international settlements.

– Analyzing the financial position of group companies to prepare well-reasoned responses to banks and other financial partners.

– Supporting financial processes related to tenders and corporate contracts.

Requirements

– Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements of group companies (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) for interaction with banks.

– Strong understanding and hands-on experience with corporate banking products (credit, deposit, and cash management products).

– Experience in preparing financial materials and responding to requests from banks, investors, or financial partners.

– Understanding of liquidity management and cash flow principles.

– Experience working with multiple jurisdictions is a plus.

– High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work with large volumes of documents and information.

– Well-developed communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with banks and external counterparties.

– English proficiency – from Intermediate+ level or higher.
