Finance Operations Specialist

Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Delivery Operations Analyst to join its team.

Responsibilities

– Developing metrics for analyzing the effectiveness of departments and individual projects.

– Creating and maintaining dashboards for monitoring performance indicators.

– Conducting analysis to identify process optimization points.

– Preparing forecasts.

Requirements

– Higher education in mathematics, statistics, computer science.

– Experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role is desirable, with a proven track record of creating metrics, analytical reports, and dashboards.

– Advanced Excel skills.

Desired skills

– Advanced SQL knowledge for data processing and analysis.

– Ability to work with programming languages for data analysis, such as Python.

– Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalents).

– English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
