Andersen is hiring a SAP System Consolidation Expert in the EU for a project unifying SAP systems on S/4HANA, ensuring migration, integration, and streamlined processes.

The customer is a large international technology provider delivering end-to-end digital solutions for enterprise-level organizations. The project is focused on building a harmonized SAP BRIM platform, consolidating existing systems into a unified environment based on SAP S/4HANA. It includes migrating and integrating legacy solutions to ensure streamlined processes and improved system efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leading and executing consolidation of multiple SAP systems and clients, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
• Designing and building a harmonized SAP BRIM platform by integrating and transforming SAP ECC legacy solutions into SAP BRIM on SAP S/4HANA.
• Driving end‑to‑end SAP BRIM and Billing architecture, ensuring scalable, stable, and compliant billing processes.
• Analyzing existing system landscapes and defining target architectures for system consolidation and harmonization.
• Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and minimal business disruption during migration.
• Supporting data migration, system transformation, testing, and go‑live activities related to SAP BRIM initiatives.
• Ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and adherence to SAP standards across the consolidated landscape.

Requirements

• Proven high‑level expertise in consolidating multiple SAP systems and clients.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Deep expertise in SAP BRIM.
• Demonstrated experience building or transforming legacy SAP ECC solutions into SAP BRIM on SAP S/4HANA.
• Solid understanding of SAP system architecture, integration concepts, and data migration strategies.
• Ability to work independently on complex system landscapes and take ownership of consolidation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working in complex, large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Hands‑on experience with billing processes, preferably within SAP BRIM or complex enterprise billing landscapes.
