SAP FI Consultant (with German)

Summary

Andersen is hiring an SAP FI Consultant in the EU for a project implementing enterprise SAP solutions and optimizing financial processes in cloud environments.

The project is focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise SAP solutions within cloud-based and hybrid environments for large-scale organizations. It aims to optimize end-to-end business processes across finance, supply chain, sales, manufacturing, HR, and analytics domains.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and supporting FI-GL, AP, AR, AA modules.
• Supporting month-end/year-end closing (MEC/YEC) and reconciliation.
• Participating in S/4HANA Finance transformations and migrations.
• Designing and optimizing ledger structures and financial processes.
• Ensuring integration with CO, MM, SD modules.
• Troubleshooting posting, reconciliation, and reporting issues.
• Conducting FIT/GAP workshops, UAT support, and user training.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in SAP FI with at least 2 full-cycle implementations or rollouts for 5+ years.
• Strong experience with FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, NewGL, S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal).
• Proven experience with Central Finance and S/4HANA migration (Brownfield/Greenfield).
• Solid experience with integration with CO, MM, SD (FI-CO reconciliation, GR/IR).
• Experience with closing cockpit, parallel ledgers, document splitting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP and audit/compliance requirements.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
• Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
